1. Introduction

Welcome to Cursorhero ("Cursorhero", "we", "our", or "us"), operated by Cursorhero Labs. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at cursorhero.com and the AI cursor generation services we provide (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description

Cursorhero is an AI-powered custom mouse cursor generator. Our Service allows you to:

• Generate custom cursor sets for Windows (.cur) using AI from text descriptions
• Preview generated cursors live in the browser before downloading
• Download complete cursor packs (10 cursor states) as a ZIP
• Manage your generated cursor history (re-download anytime)
• Subscribe to credit-based plans (Starter, Pro, Studio) for ongoing generation
• Sign in via Google OAuth for faster access

Cursor generation is performed by GRS AI's gpt-image-2 model. We integrate this third-party AI service to provide the core generation feature. You acknowledge that the quality, style, and content of generated cursors depend on this third-party service.

3. User Accounts

To access the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account
• Be at least 18 years old or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction

You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate cursors that depict illegal content, violence, hate speech, or sexually explicit material
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights)
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
• Bypass or attempt to bypass rate limits, credit limits, or other usage restrictions
• Use the Service to train competing AI products or cursor generators
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense generated cursors as part of a competing cursor library
• Interfere with the Service or other users' use of the Service
• Use automated scripts or bots to generate cursors without authorization

You retain ownership of the cursors you generate and may use them for personal or commercial use, except as restricted above. You may not, however, redistribute the cursors as a competing cursor pack library.

5. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payment

Plans and Pricing

We offer subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Studio) on monthly and annual billing cycles. Pricing is displayed on our Pricing page. All payments are processed through Creem.

Credits

• Subscription plans grant a recurring monthly or annual credit allowance
• Each full cursor pack generation costs 10 credits (a full pack includes 10 cursor state images)
• Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next month (annual plans have different rules — see Pricing)
• Credit balances are non-transferable between accounts

Free Previews

All new accounts (including unauthenticated visitors) receive 3 free preview generations. No credit card required. After 3 previews, sign in and purchase a subscription to continue.

Billing

• You authorize Creem to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel
• You can cancel at any time from your account Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• Failed payments may result in service suspension after a grace period
• Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying

6. Acceptable Use

Cursorhero uses AI to generate images from text prompts. You agree not to use the Service to generate, request, or distribute:

• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW content of any kind, including nudity or suggestive imagery
• Face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation imagery depicting any real or fictional person
• Hate speech, harassment, or content targeting a protected group
• Violence, gore, or content that encourages self-harm or illegal activity
• Content that infringes a third party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right
• Misleading or deceptive content designed to impersonate a real person, brand, or government entity

Every prompt you submit is screened against our content policy using the Creem Moderation API before any image is generated. Prompts classified as "deny" or "flag" are blocked and never reach our image model. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate this section. See our full Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Cursorhero. Our refund policy is as follows:

• 3 free previews are always available so you can try before subscribing
• Monthly subscriptions: Refunds are generally not provided for partial months. We may issue a prorated refund at our discretion if the Service was materially unavailable to you.
• Annual subscriptions: You may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are prorated based on unused full months at our discretion.
• Refunds are not provided for account terminations due to Terms violations
• To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account email and reason

This refund policy is required by Creem and may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Cursors generated by the Service are produced by a third-party AI model (GRS AI gpt-image-2). You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, low quality, or unexpected
• We do not guarantee that any specific generation will meet your expectations
• If a generation fails or produces a poor result, credits are refunded automatically
• You are responsible for reviewing generated cursors before downloading or distributing them
• We may rate-limit or refuse generation requests that violate our Acceptable Use Policy

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, copy, and documentation, is and remains the exclusive property of Cursorhero Labs and its licensors, protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You retain full ownership of cursors you generate using the Service. We claim no rights over your generated outputs. We may use anonymized, aggregate data about Service usage to improve the product, but we do not claim ownership of your specific prompts or generated cursors.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CURSORHERO LABS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Cursorhero Labs from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your generated content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from Settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability) shall survive.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or related to the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore, except where prohibited by local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by posting a notice on the Service at least 14 days before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
