1. About Cursorhero

Cursorhero Labs operates cursorhero.com, an AI-assisted service for creating custom Windows cursor packs from text descriptions. The service may use third-party image-generation providers to create preview and cursor artwork.

2. Free Single-Cursor Preview, Sign-In, and Paid Generations

You may create one successful free preview without an account. A failed preview does not use that free generation opportunity and may be retried. Sign-in is required before downloading any installer.

Sign in in the same browser to download your own free preview as a single Normal Select cursor. Signing in does not grant generation credits. Every full Windows set, including the first, uses purchased single-state generations: 10 for a set without an existing preview (9 when the preview's Arrow state is reused). Failed generations are refunded automatically; unused generations remain on your account and can be used across sets. An .inf installer is included with every completed set.

3. Generation purchases and billing

The one-time offer is $2.99 for 10 single-state generations or $4.99 for 30. New one-time purchases are processed through Waffo Pancake checkout. Historical Creem order records and purchased rights remain in account history and continue to be honored. Purchases do not renew automatically, and generation credits never expire.

Downloading a generated cursor set does not use a generation. Each generation renders one cursor state, and a failed generation is refunded automatically so you can retry it right away. Ten generations cover a complete 10-state set (one per state); you can also spend them on re-rolls or on filling in missing states of another set, and unused generations stay on your account.

New checkout is intended for one-time packs only. Earlier Creem order and subscription records remain in account history and are not removed or changed. A new pack purchase does not create, renew, or modify an earlier subscription.

4. Refunds

If a purchased pack has an unresolved installation or display problem on Windows 10 or Windows 11, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase after contacting support for help. If a service problem prevents a paid pack from being generated or downloaded and support cannot resolve it, contact us within 7 days of purchase to request a full refund. Duplicate or incorrect charges will be corrected or refunded. See the Refund Policy for how to contact us and what information to include.

A change of style preference after a successful preview or a pack that installs and displays as expected is not covered by the technical-failure guarantee.

5. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction.

Do not use the service to create unlawful, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, violent, deceptive, or rights-infringing content; bypass usage limits; interfere with the service; or automate generation without authorization. We may block prompts or suspend access when needed to enforce these rules.

6. Generated content

You are responsible for the prompts and reference material you submit and for ensuring your use of generated cursor artwork follows applicable law and third-party rights. Subject to those rights, you may use your generated cursors for personal or commercial purposes. You may not redistribute them as a competing cursor-pack library.

7. Service availability and liability

The service and AI-generated results may vary and are provided subject to applicable law. Except for the refund commitments stated in these Terms and the Refund Policy, the service is provided as available without additional express warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Cursorhero Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated. You may stop using the service at any time. Terms that by their nature continue after termination remain in effect.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. Disputes are handled by the competent courts, subject to those mandatory protections.
