Cursor Doodle Maker

Turn a quick sketch into a real Windows cursor. Photograph a doodle, describe it in one line, and get a clean 32 px pointer you can install in a minute — no design software, no pixel-by-pixel drawing.

From doodle to cursor in three steps

Sketch the idea. Any rough drawing works: a cat paw, a lightning bolt, a tiny ghost. A phone photo of a paper doodle is enough — the AI redraws it as a clean 32 px pointer instead of shrinking your sketch.

Describe it in one line. Say what the doodle is and how it should feel: “neon outline”, “soft pastel”, “pixel art”. That sentence steers the redraw so the result still looks like your idea.

Preview, then install. The first preview is free. If it looks right, download the .cur or generate a matching 10-state pack and install it through Windows Mouse Properties.

Why use a doodle instead of a cursor pack?

Downloaded cursor packs are somebody else's artwork. A doodle is yours: a mascot, a signature mark or a shape that matches your desktop theme. The AI redraw keeps the idea and fixes the parts that do not survive at 32 px — thin lines, soft shading and busy detail.

If you want the exact artwork rather than a redraw, use the PNG to cursor converter instead; it keeps every pixel and lets you set the click point manually.

What makes a doodle work as a cursor

Keep the silhouette simple: a cursor is displayed at 32 px, so one clear shape with a thick outline survives the shrink.

Put the tip where you click: Windows users expect the hotspot at the top-left point, so frame the doodle with the active tip there.

Pick one accent colour: a single bright accent against a dark outline stays visible on both white documents and dark apps.

Doodle the state, not the artwork: a busy cursor, a text-select bar and a precision crosshair are different jobs.

FAQ

Can I turn a paper doodle into a cursor?

Yes. Photograph the doodle, upload it as the reference, and describe what it is. Cursor Hero redraws it as a clean cursor rather than shrinking the photo, so pencil lines and paper texture do not carry over.

Do I need drawing software?

No. The doodle can be a phone photo, a screenshot or a rough drawing made in any app. The browser handles the redraw and the .cur export.

Is the cursor doodle maker free?

The first preview is free and needs no account. A complete 10-state pack that matches the doodle is a one-time purchase; see the pricing page for the current price.

Will it work on Windows 11?

Yes. The output is a standard .cur file (with optional .ani for animated doodles) that Windows 10 and 11 load through Mouse Properties without extra drivers.
